The partners plan to increase the entrepreneurship of the target group (40+ women) with the help of a tailor-made entrepreneurship programme in the field of creative industries carried out in cross-border cooperation.
The entire program is very diverse, including:
- mentor club meetings (6 in total)
- two 2-day trainings (product development and service development)
- study trip to Latvia - 3 days
- study trip to Estonia - 3 days
- creative industry focus day
We invite active women to participate in the mentor program who are already doing something in the creative field as a hobby, crafting, or creating on their own. The greatest benefit from the program is achieved if the participant is open-minded, ready to take on new challenges, willing to listen to the mentor, asks questions, thinks along, and is present at every meeting.
Women who have completed the mentoring program increase their knowledge of entrepreneurship, gain international experience and new contacts, broaden their horizons, and most importantly, receive continuous mentoring support from our excellent mentors throughout the entire program. Additionally, participants receive encouragement and support for establishing and launching their own business.
The participant must be ready to open their business by the end of the program and attend at least 80% of all program events.
The project focuses on developing the region's creative industry sector. Through this project, the number of creators in the county will increase, we will have strong masters and specialists, more female entrepreneurs, and our county's entrepreneurship will become more diverse.
The mentor program is conducted in Estonian.
Most of the project's activities and events take place in Jõhvi and its surrounding areas.
